For purchases made directly from the Dr. Bishop & Associates - Optometrists online store, we offer an exchange on unopened and unmarked contact lens boxes within 13 months of its expiration date. Solutions, eye drops, and macular degeneration products are non-refundable. Within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you may exchange solutions, eye drops, and macular degeneration items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Original sales receipts are required for all returns and exchanges. All returned items must be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.

If the item(s) sent back to us is from outside of Canada, please indicate that it is a "Return Canadian Goods" on the package to avoid duty and custom charges.

Returns and exchanges must be sent prepaid to us, and customers are responsible for return postage for an exchange.
